I swear by my 2.6s, but I only own them and my stock 2.2, so I couldn't really evaluate anything higher or lower. But I like speed

yep i also agree with shadowmage and takumi_drifto. its all about personal preference. one person may think that a 2.2 is better while another may say 3.0 or 3.8. it all boils down to how you use your car. if its for turns and track courses, then 2.2 or 1.6. for all out speed drags, 3.0 or 3.8. so technically there is no best motor. all are very good motors depending on situation for it being used upon.

say for example an all round motor like the ZZ turbo or nos motor's or a bitmod 3.5 motor. Both are supposed to be really good motors.

dont rule out the 1.0 as the worst motor yet, they have ALOT of torque in them, and with the right gearset, they can be fast, i own a shen that i put a 1.0 in and certain gears, and i also bought a microsizer, and i raced them, and to be honest my 1.0 shen won against the 2.0 microsizer

motors from a thunder racer are faster and have more torque than the stock 2.2. Motors from a cyclona are better then a thunder racer.

3.0 is the worst for me, inconsistent no torque and stutters like mad.

i love the 2.6

we'll see about the 3.4 dks when it comes

I use a 3.5, but my car loves to flip and crash. For my ZZ, turbo all the way.
