Do a spring mod on your car, but don't cut the springs. They'll be so stiff that you won't be able to steer. Try that.

this is so true - my springs were so firm at first that i had to cut em down to where they just flopped around in there -but they still are more firm than the stab bar, since once the wheel is moved to a certain point the springs hit the bar and here we go - a firm ride! but yah cut em down or you will have no steering, like you wanted.

Having no steering will make it impossible for you to correct for the natural imperfections in the alignment of your car, hence screwing you over bigtime. To get your car to run perfectly straight every time, you would have to adjust the front wheels to within a thousandth of an inch, and put your tires on perfect, and make sure your rear axle is PERFECTLY straight, make sure your gearset is 100% symmetrical in every diameter, and have your weight distributed in the absolute center of the car.
Cliff notes: don't disable steering, you'll end up losing a race cuz you gradually approach the wall until you hit it and have to run down the track to set it straight again.
