the site has a lot of broken links I did not see any of the cars mentioned.
But any way if these cars are going to be released, it's unlikely that it's going to come from TOMY. It's going to be 3rd party

The '57 Chevy looks sweet......I would imagine if Bits continue to be popular in the US, Tomy/Microsizers (or some other company that wants to get on the bandwagon, like Mattel or Playing Mantis) may get on the ball with US models, if only the obvious ones with worldwide appeal, such as the Corvette and Viper. I would imagine trucks would be a good seller in the US as well.....There are already Hummer H2 and Chevrolet SSR clones out there (Sharper Image).....can an Avalanche, Silverado, or F150 be far behind? If the demand is there, IMHO the products will follow. I only hope we get a 4th generation Camaro Bit (or Zip) someday.....

There is no replacement for displacement.
Go to a toy store, bring your Char-G, or at least measure out wheelbase and length and what not (I have the exact sizes written down at home if you want them later).
Take a gander at the aisle with all the Matchbox/Hot Wheels type toys.
Find something that looks like it will fit.
Even though they don't fit, Funline makes Muscle Machines.
I picked up the 1970 Cuda. It doesn't even come close to fitting.
Stridex says you can do it in
this thread .
Some more discussion
here.
Apparently Muscle machines will fit a Panther chassis?
I was just gonna chop up the Cuda body with some creative Dremeling, and then bond it up and sand it down.
If I ever get around to it I will post some images.
If that works..the 69 Charger is next.

you could easily mod one of the new Skyline 2000's of the new pull back series to turn into a american muscle car, it shouldnt be tooo tough

a lot of people actually enjoy doing custom bodies, one of the fun and creative things to do with our Bits .. putty will not make our cars that heavy to the point that it will be undrivable but it does add some weight just like the LED mods and other stuff. I don't mind the extra little weight because drag racing, speed and 1/4 times (in Bit scale ) is not really that important to me and to some other people.
but if your not into body mod then we'll just wait and see and hopefully someone makes those retro US cars.
