Clones for 9.99!
Bealls is a department store chain in Florida. These were in the Sunday ad, and on the web site:

My local Bealls were sold out, but said they were getting more in today. For 9.99, would make great project/parts/beater cars!

Looks like they have been removed from the web site...... 
Pictured were a red and silver Accord wagon and a white Celica with "Safety" on the rear wing. These seemed to be painted/tampoed (No cheesy "Mom" stickers)!
The dome-style packaging said "Mini Racers" looked like these:
