How do people Sell illegal bits in the U.S.

i guess this would be for anyone the sells them. do you got to have a permit to sell them in the states? if i was to open up a hobby/track would i get into trouble selling non FCC regulate bits?

i would like to race more that 2 ppl on a track

Racemonster505, as you say, any non-MicroSizer is technically illegal, so there is no license etc., it's just illegal.

first you buy a trench coat....right...make sure its really long and big...
and then you stuff bitcharg boxes in the inner pockets and such..
and then you go to the mall and say kool things like "psst hey kid, want one of these babys? its imported, fresh from the case" etc...
and you make sure no ones looking...and then take the cash and run out ....

not really...."you just dont tell, and you can sell"

Because nobody checks them when they come into the country.

Yep. And those nuclear bombs that are coming into the country, most likely hidden in the shipments of illegal bits!
