performance mods on this wee beast involved getting it to run at all... came crushed from Hong Kong and spent the first 4-6 hours of work just taking it apart and reshaping the pieces... it turns WAY tight to the right and left is a long, boring nightmare...
currently the steering will not even return to center after a turn... *sigh*
BUT, it is great practice to work on this bit before modding my "real" bits... *GRIN*
It is running one of my stock 1.0's because it is the only motor with enough torque to push it along... still working on that and the steering problems. When those issues are addressed a bit more, then I have a spare battery to add... also going to try some graphite and more shaving of the chassis to improve speed.
