no go zip zap

i found old ZipZap and it wont go anywhere it only move's when on the charger or when you touch the antena on the transmiter to the antena on the car i replaiced the battery and the antena, i also replaiced the crystal in the transmiter. i don't know what else to do. anyone got any ideas? thanx a bunch.

first off, make sure the batteries are all fully changed. and what about the steering? does the steering always work or only when......
