battery size

I received my first batch of orders from TinyRC last week, including 2x 120mAh NiMH batteries.

I own a US Microsizer, and these batteries are shorter than the one that came in my microsizer! It's shorter by about 2mm. the batteries I received are black with no markings. Did I get the wrong batteries or could Hobbico have changed the size of the battery for the Microsizer? any comments? I'd like to hear some comments before contacting TinyRC.

Also, I have a ZZ motor, and yeah, the overall size of the motor is the same, but the Microsizer motors are cut slightly differently. So I'm having my ZZ motor fit. I've read many people saying that they got theirs to fit, but no tried and true method has been mentioned. Comments on this would be appreciated as well. Thanks.

The batteries that you bought are shorter cuz the original batteries were Ni-CD and these are Ni_Mh. SInce they are shorter, you can bend the connection tabs in with a flathead screwdriver to make the abttery nice and snuggly wuggly

Thanks DeeChan. I just wanted to make sure. And I read the need for bending the connector on QFM. I dunno why I missed that part before. I've gone through QFM's site several times before.
