i was thinkin along the same lines but i was thinkin instead of nitro a switch that could switch it from RW to AWD but it would take way to much work....its just one of my dreams i wont accomplish lol

dont try to hard to get the "nitro" boost...i bet it would take a long time to figure out..........too long if ya ask me

not to mention the extra weight from the battery that will make ur car slower while not pushing the "nitro" button.

that is a coo idea. you dont have to get a heavy battery to do it may a 1/2aaa cell if it is just for a boost. that way it wont be heavy. you will probably need to use a new receiver for that. you should look into glider or airplane receivers. they are often tiny so that the plane can fly with it, and i have seen some with as many as 8 channels! also while you are lookin at that stuff you can look for remote switches, ive seen them used for lights on helicopters and planes. if you have the cash for it, it doesnt seem like a bad idea or hard to do

i have been lookin into that stuff cause i want to add another servo to lower and raise my minix ... hit the switches!! lol

how can a toy take 15v?! all of my hobby grade esc's can even take that much power. are you sure you have them wired in series (volt gain) or do you have them in parallel (amp gain)
