EVO Lift kit Bump Steer
I have a Hummer H2 with the lift kit. The bump steer that the lift kit created is worrible. Does anyone know how to fix it?

The lift kit is flawed and only makes an already horrible suspension worse. I would advise against using it.
I doubt you can fix it properly without replacement parts which aren't available yet.

If there arent' any parts to fix it, do you know how I could modify the parts that I have? A homemade mod, basicly.

Bearings might help. I have the lift kit and think it is great. It made the toe in a little worse but it is only noticeable on hard braking. Even then it isn't a problem. I don't understand all the problems I have been hearing about the suspension. I must have one of the only good kits. Is the toe in so bad you can't drive it?

When I'm driving it on the street, it doesn't really matter. But when off-roading, it slows me down. What bothers me the most it when I push down on the car I see how bad it really is.

Ya. Bearings will help the toe "OUT" a bit. I put a lift kit on my Hummer and it looks real bad when I come to a stop. The problem I think is in the lower arm. When it goes up, it forces the bottom of the steering knuckle out which in turn forces the tierod screw out against the tierod hole it's in. That may be the cause of the problem. I may have a fix, if it works, I'll post it so we all can have trucks that look right when they come to a stop.

Two things to do to minimize the prob. 1st, get a Suspension and Drop upgrade for Evo trucks try the yellow springs and if they don't don't fix it then the blue ones will, they both seem stiffer than the stock springs. Another thing to do to do is to elongate the bottom of the hole thats in the lower arms, Elongate the hole towards the hinge end of the arm. The spring seems to do the best job and is easy to do. I did both and like the outcome.
