I'm starting to get interested in these awesome trucks, working on my first MAN 5t with all homebrew components including the front axle/chassis etc. I just need some gearbox tips, can't find the parts anywhere. I'd hate to have to resort to my backup, the ZZSE steering box, it has absolutely no ground clearance.
this is a very niche market. it appeals to a much smaller group and the cost and skills required to assemble one prevent them from being mass produced/marketed.
until we have dmoestic trial events like they do in germany, the tttt scene will remain miniscule.
