I have returned about SIX ZZs. I have never had a salesperson open it up. A couple of them looked at the back to see if the chasis was there, but I think some little things may get overlooked.

EDIT: What I meant by 'little things' was: the salesperson will probably not check to see if its factory damaged or user damaged. Sheesh.

Either way, do the right thing -

i damaged the steering motor(scratched it) by turning it because my steering went dead and wouldnt turn and chipped some of the plastic off. and part of the battery casing got melted. i think there was a short some how. i wasnt intending to steal ne thing. dont worry.
