The white Supra is no longer being made. If you can find one, that's it...no mas. But, there are several other choices out there besides that...
If you end up juicing the car up with Li-Ion batteries, etc...you will need the AWD. Without it, the car will do donuts, and be hard to control. Drifting seems to work best with 2WD though, so it depends on, first, what you want to do with the car, and secondly, how much you intend on modifying the car.
I like mine juiced with Li-Ion batteries, AWD, metal bearings, etc...
