yes, but with an extra cell or fets that problem could be easily fixed

i am still a noob, i know what is extra cells is, but what is a fet? i have heard a lot about that, and i have heard that phrase a lot. HELP!!!  thanks!

A MOSFET is a low resistance transistor for the pcb... I think...
