well to take off the transparent paint off the lenses, you would take some nail polish and rub it off. if its all wet with nail polish it would start to fog up unless each time you rub the paint, you dry it. did that help your question?

You might have seen those on mine. I have tried the nail remover without much luck....had the fogging issue. I ended up cutting round clear tailights out of a Zip Zap box.

hhhmmm...."plastic to stay in the hole" i guess you're referring to the plastic pegs. you just pop them out from the inside of the body. i think the screw driver could do it, if not then use like a dart or something with a pointy end. and for the headlights....if i remember correctly the inner pegs were soldered with the plastic(well for my rsx). i had to cut the edges of the inner pegs. once the inner pegs are out then you could just pop the outer ones easily.
