Serious Xmod Prolem
Hey,
ive had my xmod for about a week, and have noticed that you can barely corner left, i.e. the steering is fine, but when you turn left with it the left rear just spins and the car dramatically slows down. In fact if you stop accelerating while cornering left, the left rear wheel spins backwards!!
This is really ****ty and i put it down to the quality control.
I can't even enjoy driving the damn thing.
It seems that the left rear is higher off the ground than the other wheels so i guess thats my problem.
Anybody got a good fix idea/had the same problem,
thanks
jamie

i've never heard of anything like this before.... maybe your tires are dirty... or maybe your driving on the wrong terrain... it could be a billion diffrent problems.

Yeah, ive cleaned and graphite lubed the drivetrain, but still same problems. I believe its arear suspension problem or something, not totally sure.
I haven't got the awd kit, just an X speed with neo magnets, still too weak to be any fun.
Dude its nothing to do with steering settings, it tracks dead straight with 5 taps of right bias, but when cornering to the left the inside left wheel loses all traction.
I'm going to get a flat piece of glass and put the car on it gently, and see if the left rear only makes contact when pressure is applied, if so i guess it means theres somehting warped or deformed in the rear suspension.
Oh believe me, i'd take it back, but my nearest radioshack is 12,000 km away (7,000miles)!!!

Come on people!
come on you guys are crazt its an easy fix, everybody has this problem at first then they install in LSD it's very easy i dont want to explain it because it is very hard to explain without pics. so i will give you a link. after installing your LSD put in a sway-bar (i will also attach a link) almost everyone here has installed both of these
NOTE:Both of these ARE HOMEMADE

HAHA!! I was right!! The left rear wheel is 5mm different in ride height.
So I fixed it up and it's much better, though the Ball Diff should fix it.
Its the same deal with mini Z's they veer under power untill you drop in an upgrade diff.

with a file I made the left rear suspension match the right.....I think the stock diff is still a hinderance, so I have locked it.
The extreme lack of power of these cars really makes these cars suck.........
