Europe uses the , as a . for numbers So, you're right that "30,00" is actually "30.00"
It's just one of their silly quirks, kinda like spelling color as colour, or using Celcius for temps.

I believe you've got it a bit off on your gear ratios. I assume you've got: motor pinion - reduction box - then drive axles?
You actually can't figure your Final drive ratio until you've got all of your gears picked. So where did you come up with the 228:1? I agree that 12 x 19 = 228 But, your front will be running faster than rear no matter what, until you add another gearset or fix it.
Front drive ratio: 12:1
Rear drive ratio: 19:1
So, do you want to try for speed (12:1) or torque (19:1)? Either way, you've got to bring your axles to the same ratio so they can use the output shaft from your gear reduction. The *easy way* is to swap gears so your running an identical gearing, or you can go the hard way figure it out and add more gears so you get more friction.
I *think* you need a stepdown of like 1.583 between your front and the output from your reduction. (I'm probably wrong as I'm being stupid at the moment.)
But if I'm remembering correctly, you have to divide the ratios to figure out the difference, then the answer tells you what ratio you need to compensate. 19 / 12 = 1.5833 repeating. so I *think* you'd need like a 1.583:1 ratio, but it'll still be a little tiny bit off so I'd just replace the worm gears so you're running front and rear at same.
