parts that break first!!!!

howdy, its been awhile..........my friends and I have upgraded to these xmods awhile back.....my mini-z is still alot faster, but for the price, xmods are well worth it....

so far I own four xmods and 2 have the same broken part. it looks like a ball socket joint that goes from the rear diff to the rear left wheel.

the rear left wheel stops working because that knuckle that goes into the left side(looking from the back) of the rear diff keeps snapping off. I think this is due to the excessive speeds and torque from the motor trying to transfer to the wheels.

I purchased an allwheel drive kit and stole the piece for one of my cars. 15 bucks for that little plastic piece is ridiculous. If only radio shack would sell this piece individually, I would buy 20 of them right now. maybe cj can check into these.

I've done the double stack mosfet, running AAA 850 mAh batts, and my ride is pretty damn fast. one pretty easy upgrade to do is to rubber cement the rear tires to the rims. otherwise the rubber tires will just spin off the rims.

Uhhhh, you need to loook at CJ's parts list. It's on there. I think that you should buy some metal ones though, because you'll spend less in the long run and it will hold up longer than the car will.
