On/Off switch backwards?

Every time I drive my x on the street, a piece of gravel will turn the car off. This has to happen at least twice every time I drive it 'till the charge is dead. I can't be the only one, can I?

yes it is backwards. but there is an easy fix. a full chassis skidplate. screw a piece of plastic onto the bottom using 2 of the four screws that hold the two black towers on, screws beside the switch and the 2 screws used to adjust the length and cut a hole out for the switch. then make a smaller piece that goes back just a bit past the switch and use the front screws and the middle screws for the big plate to screw the little one on. that way the switch will be protected. thats what i did at least. or you could try moving the switch.

Well, there is an easy fix... Remove the board, and remove the plastic switch lever. Then, you can either use a tiny screwdriver through the bottom of the chassis to turn it on and off, or else do what I do: Leave it on all the time and remove the batteries when you want to shut it off.

But if RS had designed it better, we wouldn't have to make these fixes, now would we?

ok you're 15 just like me and all i have to say is grow up and stop your b***hing! i mean come on if you're too lazy to fix it yourself deal with it. and you're right, if rs did design it better we wouldn't have to fix it, but this is their first attempt in an arena of this sort so cut them some slack.

damn spoiled kids everything has to be just perfect
