3.0v Li-Ion cells
hi im just wondering how good is the 3.0v Li-Ion cell, how much is and does it improve performence? where can i get one?

same question here, but I know for sure that it would improve performance if it is 3.0 volts to the motor. thats more than a dual cell mod with two NiMH or NicD batteries! hey, dual cell mod with two Li-Ion cells and a 3.8 motor. I think you would have to add 3 ounces of weight to the front to kepp it down! but, yeah, where can you get one of these?!

that would rule, dual li-ion cells with a 3.8 motor. You can but li-ion cells at online r/c airplane stores. Li-ion cells are used in micro airplanes (stick flyers, backyard flyers, slow flyers, etc) or airplanes that look like a balsa wind up plane.

would they fit in a bit witout modification? are they the same size as a NiMH or NiCD?

HERE YA GO!!  I'm not sure of the dimensions of a bit battery though. HEY, ANYBODY KNOW THE DIMENSIONS OF A BIT-CHAR-G BATTERY IN MILLIMETERS??

So will the li-ion bateries fit in the bit char-g's chassi? How much are they?
Pojo is that a regular battery you used (AAA, AA)?
And could u post pics of tour car?

where did you put the battery, though? if you mounted it on the back of the bit, the extra weight might make it wheelie. or did the battery fit right where a normal bit NiMH or NiCD would fit? how much did the battery cost?

i think u guyz misunderstood ..... he said he put a duracell in his bit ... they are not li-on cells... they arent rechargeable.
