Thanks alot guys. Only tip I have about painting is NOT to sand the body first. I did and the whoe thing came out textured. Still looks good, but not great, as you can see in this close-up.

The blue is pin stripe tape by Tamiya, then I just hand painted the silver lines on it. Might redo it on a new skyline body without sanding and better detail.

They look great...nice work. You mentioned you used water slide decal paper and a laser printer. I have tried using the water slide laser decal paper from Bel and I am not having any luck. Please tell us the brand you used and any tips on using it.

sanding is a no no, i found out the hard way today.
