test post... lowered Honda?

(well, it's really just for photo, it's actually sitting on top of a hotwheels chassis - just wanted to see the effect of being lowered).

It's definitely a good way to display your ZZ bodies if you have a few and want to show it off.

here's a non-lowered honda.

actually

second photo is on a ZIP chassis. (only the first one is on a hotwheels chassis)

I don't see a good way of lowering the Civic down yet. Maybe if I use some playdo to see how much space there really is in between.

my civic actually sits that low on my zz chassis. I'll post pics when I get around to borrowing a digital camera.

HOW???

Until you can post your pics, can you tell us how you got it lowered??

I have been trying to find out from someone that has been through this route to lower it, and want to know the best way to do it!

Thanks!

use a dremel tool with a cut off wheel attachment. then from the inside of the body cut a groove about3 mm above the original. make sure there is a peice of plastic between the original slot and the new one. the amount between the two slots on my car is about 2 mms or about the same as the original slot height.
