The X-Mod charger will only be able to charge them at the same speed as the "X-Mod" Batteries. If you want the IC-s batts to charge in 15 min, you need to get the IC-3 charger. If you get a 1 hour charger, you can charge them in 1 hour. You can also charge regular Ni-Mh batts in the IC-3 charger, but it will take 14 hours to charge them.

The IC3 charger and batteries are silver with blue trim and writing. They also have the IC3 logo on them, so you can't miss it. You should be able to find them in the same place the other Rayovac batteries are if that store carries the IC3's. I know most Best Buys and Wal Marts do.

Radio Shack is selling the Rayovac 4 battery IC3 charger rebranded for their stores. It is the same as the Rayovac one, and most places sell it for about $40.

No they have a 4 battery charger. That is what I got for $40.00, The 2 batt charger was $30.00 I figured for the extra $10.00 I would go with the larger charger.
