Yea my XMODS will never replace my first r/c's. I still play with my zip zaps and microsizers.

I'm digging the doo doo out of my Xmod, but it's not an indoor toy really, not when you live in an apartment anyways. So my Bits still get most of my play time.
I actually throw my track on top of my bed, and lay in bed and race my cars. I've been too lazy to go out to the kitchen to race my really fast cars, so you know I hate going outside to play with my Xmod.
Unfortunately the Xmod will soak up most of my fun money, but that's ok because I think I have something like 20 bits/ZZs, with various stages of FET mods, dual cells, wheel mods, etc. I think I'll be content with the 1/64th collection I got for now.

Yeah I do feel kinda weird with all these dusty Bits and Clones lying around..almost guilty. I'll still continue to use my Bits though, whenever I'm bored at school, or um, anywhere else a Bit dares to go. Which is cool, because they can go anywhere.

Well winter is knocking on the door here in michigan so soon I will be bringing my bit/zz race track inside for (hopefully) a long winter of racing.
Now I just need some racers, my wife wil race a little and the cats love marshalling for me, I hope my brother will stop by often to race.
I still have several older microsizers new in box as well as many other clones new in box not to mention all the runners so it should be a fun winter.

Yea thats true. I have a track that my friends and I use when its raining or snowing. We have fun, so this winter is going to be no exception.

I think the XMODS are just a logical step up in size and cofigurability. But I do agree that the BCG are still the most fun to me. I still use mine, and I got them way over a year ago. (I just checked and I got my first, a yellow Evo, in 6/02)
What gets me is the massive attack of clones and ripoffs and zipzaps and microsizers... all over a year late to the US market.
Pretty sad when I see the ripoff ones at the grocery store in the checkout line for $14 US.
