if you did that, then youd make whats called a dual rate spring, so youd have the best of both world, soft springyness for turns, but hard for traction... in my opinion i prefer stiffness,
i made super stiff springs simply and easily, i put 2 hard spirng in each dampener in the rear, and 2 stock springs in the front dampeners. i then stretched both setups to about 3cm in length, and stuck them in my car (please not that they are very hard to get in being so stiff and wanting to expand) one problem i came apon was that by doin this i disaligned the rear wheels, so i used a twistie (wraped in electrical tape to look beter) from the jewel fruit section to limit the springs movement (ironicly made for an even stiffer setup) the twisties (both f and r) act as stabilizer bars, limiting the movement of both wheels together (super traction) but allowing indiviual movement per wheel... heres some pics. "sorry for the mess i just got up (7:00 am and was 2 lazy to make my bed)
