quick motor winding question

im winding my own motor but ive just wound one an i couldnt get it to work i did it exactly like the webpage said (a link someone posted earlier) but i cant get it to work i think the link is

ok i re wound the motor again an got it workin this time
i put 50 winds on it an put some juice to it and MAN the rpm's are WAY WAY up there i cant wait to try this out against a stage 2 when i get my supra tomorrow
