Decals

so i picked up the decal kit today but i want to make my own decals and dont know the best way to cut them out. i was thinking making a stencil then using a xacto knife to cut it, but are there better ways or would that work the best? also any tips on making my own decals for this would be great.

It would depend on your style of cutting. I prefer to use my cutter (xacto) for the more detailed areas. I use my sissors to get the circles....
