Mini-z Body on X-mod

From what Ive heard others (ie...BC) saying is that your going to have to mod the mounting brackets. Keep asking around and im sure someone has done one and can help you out. Good luck !

The real answer: It depends on what body you want to use, and how much work you are willing to put into it. I made the C5R body fit, though it was quite difficult and required some hacks to the chassis to make it work. I also did a MINI Cooper, which aside from alot of sanding in the wheelwells, went pretty easily.

Also keep in mind that since you have a Civic, you have the longest chassis. Look for a Mini-Z body that matches that setting, otherwise you'll have to buy a new driveshaft. (Though slugbugg's CF driveshafts are nice enough to buy even if you aren't primarily looking to get a different size)

You'll normally have to modify or make a new front mounting tab, and for the rear, you can either use velcro on the battery clips or else fab a standoff to screw the stock rear clip into.
