Help!!!

ok heres my problem. i just fully decked out my xmod. its a supra if that maters. anyways every time i put one of the stage 2 motors in the thing get reall hot and the motor will only run in reverse. but if the motor is out of the chassis it runs fine. any help would be great. if no one can help me i'm takeing it back tomarrow.

Are you testing it with the body on, or off?

Your problem is probably that your battery is shorting out on your heat sync. It can also be that your batteries are not making good contact. Check your batteries, check the wires coming from your batteries for tears or splits and finally, check the solder job on that wire; it might be sloppy like mine and touch the heatsync when slid back all the way. adroit man i owe you something big time. it was the battery pack makeing contact on the heat sink. i slid it back and you could see some scraches on the heat sink from where the contact from the battery pack scraped across it. thank you.
