fast and the furious help!!!
Hi, I'm new at this tiny r/c thing... I just bought one of the Fast and the Furious cars at Walmart (the ones that come in a nitrous bottle, which is actually the charger). The instructions say that the car needs to be turned on first, but I've looked all over the darn thing and can't find it! I know this is probably a stupid question, but does anyone know how to activate this car?
Thanks!

I don't know your car but I do know some micro rc cars have a tiny switch on the bottom of them to turn them on.

No, this one doesn't. All it has is the switch to adjust the front wheels.... other than that, nothing.

It looks cool, but until it works it's worthless... I bought it in the U.S. - state of New Hampshire at a WalMart store. The package that the car comes in looks like a little nitrous oxide canister.

I bought one of these over the weekend. I have no idea what button your talking about, it worked just like a bit.... Pop it on the charger, then run it.. However the thing ran like crap. It ran around bumping the whole way like the rear tires had flat spots or something. I took it back to wal-mart, I only had it for about an hour.

Sorry, I forgot to post an update. That thing frustrated me for a few days, because the directions said there was a switch. After messing around with it, it turns out that one of my batteries (from a new pack I might add) was no good. So, after I replaced it, everything worked great. I didn't have the "flat" problem mentioned above, but this car definately isn't meant for outdoor use.

So am I the only one that had one that runs like crap? I was very unhappy with it, it looked so cool, but I just couldnt keep it if it didnt run smooth... Maybe I just got a bad one. :\

I have two Fast&Furious cars. Both are junk. The steering is too sharp for the speed they have. They absolutely refuse to go in the straight line. The charger is a nightmare for people with human sized hands. The controller is too small for people with human sized hands.
They may be good parts cars for ingenius people, as they have dual-cell packs and booster pcbs. But the cars are useless as they come. If I’m shopping at WalMart, I’ll stick with the MotorWorks clones.

Those motorworks cars are pretty cool... I bought one for my little brother for his birthday, the changeable rims and other parts are cool... And its a fast little booger.

ya toes cars are kinda expensive for hw hard it is to actually steer and how it looks like it has hydrolics while your driving...but i bought one newayz, even after hearing all teh bad remarks from when they first came out, but after playing with it for a day i got really used to the hopping up and down and the sharp turning so now i am liek a pro at running this car...i actually liek it alot, and its an evo with a sweet paint job
