gear on the moter
stock all the motors have 6 but i'm hearing of haveing 7 and 8 to drop the gear ratio
where could i find some of these?
pinion gear i think their called

you can get 7 tooth pinion gears off KIT racer motors, but they dont work too well with normal gears. Never heard of 8T though

oh i was wondering if i could buy one, or i could get a five finger discount on a pinion gear if i find a car with one. dont watn to buy a whole clone to take a littel piece of plastic

Ripping off the part you need is NEVER the correct solution. You can buy the 7 tooth pinion gears from "Toyeast" they come with "Bit Racer" motors ie. 3.0 Lucifer Rotor.
You can also get them from "Hot Wheels" K.I.T.T. racers..
You can also look for some clones for different gears.. I've seen up to 10 tooth gears on "Cannon Balls"

I've got 7 tooth pinions. They don't fit correctly, as stated before. Buuut, I took a clone and made some extra room in the motor compartment so I could adjust the motor for the bigger pinion. I used diferent types of electrical/duct tape for spacers. The result; Not so exciting. A little faster, but not by much at all. I think it had less torque too.
