Hi,

I got a few questions. Been looking on ebay regarding Bit Char Gs... and I found a few, but I'm not sure if they're real Bit Char Gs or anything?

I found a few being called the LXX version or something.

Also, what's the "TOMY BIT CHAR-G BOOSTER MACHINE SET"?

the LXX is a high class clone, and it can compete with the 2-speed chassis against a MS or BCG 2-speed.
the booster set is i think a 2-speed chassis with speed parts and motor, but im not sure.

in my eyes, the only part of the LXX worth the money is the body. it is strictly a donor car to me, because the last 2 i had simply didnt work half as well as my TOMY automodellista set. If it's LXX, you're taking a 50/50 chance of it being crappy =\.

booster set is the chassis with a clear body, but with no controller, so you need either a boost controller of the same frequency, or a TOMY multi-band controller

Your thinking of a speed set. A booster set is 2 speed comes with one painted and one clear body and comes with a controller.

No, the US MS Pro's come with a painted body, a clear body and the 2-speed. Tomy Booster Machines only come with the chassis, tires, gears, a 2.2 motor and an unpainted body. So you need a booster controller or the tomy multiband controller.

Well, the reason I asked the questions is because I'm looking at a few ebays right now. I need people who know what these are to tell me if they're crap or non-crap (official and good)

1) Well, I went to my hobby store. The box SAID "Bit Char G"... BUT... the company listed was some... Sen Fei company. The words "Tomy" or "Tomica" weren't listed at all. There were some major ENGRISH issues, like "Turbo speed receive acceleration button push!!"

2) Good Bit Char?

3) Booster Machine set?

there are no bids on the booster set yet (or atleast this one).

Was thinking of possibly getting the Microsizer Pro because of the 6 frequencies. Suggestiosn?

do they have the auto modellista set up for grabs?

speaking of which, I've heard mixed reviews on the LXX bit chars...

they are a pain in the butt, unless they are the 2-speed. did they have any 2-speeds?
