First off, I'm far from a RC superhero. I appreciate the compliment, but there are way better modders out there than me.
Now on topic...
1. Remove the body by removing the 2 screws under the car.
2. Remove the little cover over top of the wheel axles by removing the 2 screws. The wheels and axles will fall out.
3. Cut the axles in half.
4. Remove the tires and the wheel back will seperate from the hubcap. Remove the existing axles.
5. Now you are ready to drill out the wheels and add your pins and rear axle. You only drill out the backplate. After you stick your pins thru, you can put the hubcap back on and install tires. For the rear, you put your wheels together and then push your axle thru untill it hits the back of the hubcap, and glue. You will have to install a spacer on the non gear side between the wheel and the chassis.
