I glued it with this gell super glue I have it seems to have worked but are there any ways to reinforce it so it does not break again or crack as I often change motors

It just so happens, I have a great fix for this.
If your tab is broken in half drill a small hole in each half with a pin vise,(hand held drill, no power, and extremely small drill bits)and take a staple and super glue one end into one of the halves. Next take some side cutters and cut the staple about 1-2mm. then coat with glue and insert into the corresponding tab hole. Allow that to dry thoroughly and take the completed tab and do the same thing again, only drill holes now in the chassis and the ends of the tab and repeat the staple thing. The staple reenforces the breaks and should keep you from having to reglue the tab again. I feel your pain cause I have just fixed one chassis using this method and have about 2 more to go! Plus there is the added benefit of being able to lower your body on the chassis as well. Hope it works out for you.
