i posted a question simmalr to this a while ago asking what was the best bang for your buck airbrush... eitherway once you find the brush your looking for e-bay is probably your best bet for finding it at a good price.. just be careful of shipping scams.
as far as paint goes. ive only seen it at my LHS. its normally like 10.99 for a tiny bottle (2-3x size of a nail polish bottle) but it just went on sale there a while a go for 5.99. If your just looking for pearl colors you might want to check out Faskolor paints. its water color paint designed for lexan. but they also have some great colors. and it can be sealed on your body with a couple coats of clear.

Airbrush paint is weird.. When it's drying, it's like latex.. I tried to remove a cigarette ash from the paint with an xacto blade, and it peeled off the paint job like a jimmy hat...lol

Also, don't smoke while airbrushing if you're using enamel paints, or you'll end up with a small, handheld flamethrower. (In Beavis voice: Fire! Fire! mmm-hmmm, cool!)
BTW, I use Testor's Model Master enamel paints and a Badger airbrush. They work great, but I've been considering trying acrylics for the brain cell factor.
