1) you use a small screwdriver or something similar to slip the tab on the right off(when looking at it with the rear facing you) then you pull the other tab in and it pops off. i usually end up breaking the left tab, but its no biggey, if you break a tab just use some tape to hold it down
2) to take the suspension arm out, just use the screwdriver and slide it under and gradually use it as a lever to pop it out. watch out because i have had them come just millimeters away from taking my eyes out, those things are dangerous
3) to straighten it out, your best bet is to tr and bend the steering spring a little bit, since that is what the trim really adjusts, is where the two prongs of the spring are at. to do it even more, open up the pcb, then undo the small screw int he front while being very careful about all the hair thin steering wires, and bend the spring around a tad bit. be careful not to lose the spring and pay attention to how the front end goes together, it is very important.
