Antenna Idea
I've read where people have made internal antennas that run inside the body of the car. Has anybody tried using an old steering coil from a dead bit, and using the coil as an internal antenna? It seems like a steering coil would make for one hella’ long antenna.

what i do is wrap my antenna in tin foil and curl it up and place the body over it without the anteena sticking out and i get a extra 4 feet while its under the body
|

i havnt ran my cars with antennas stickin out since right after i got my first or second car.
you get so much better performance.

lol i do it like 5 time then grap each end and twist in opposite directtion to make in as thin as possible
