wheel wobble

does anyone else have a problem with the wheels shaking. the wheels have some slack in the hubs, anyone have any idea how to fix it with out slowing the drive down too much

I also had a bit of slop in the wheels of my MiniX. I read that the best solution was to install shims (made for 1/10 scale electric motors) in between the axle shaft and the axle pin. This helped very much, and the shims only cost about $3 fom my local hobby shop.

Just be careful to NOT to put too many shims in; you want a slight amount of clearance- with minimal drag.
