Help w/ 2 cell

k i did my 3rd dual cell yesterday, everything worked fine.
but then i got to charge it with my modified controller (bypassed pcb) so i charge it and it goes like a duall cell should for 10 seconds and then it slows down, so i said itys because the controller doesnt give enough juice so i made a charger with a 4 aaa batts and charged it for 60 second, but now i get 20 seconds of runtime at fast speed and about 10 seconds ofd reg 1 cell speed.... soooooo in conclusiong wtf is going wrong herre?
,my old duall cells lasted like 5 mins!
the batts im using r 60 mah

you need to incliate the negative end of the batt. so it no longer has contact with the negative tab.
