That Civic looks so much better lowered. How would one go about lowering a zip zap?

well frist

well frist i drew a line were i was gonna have it lowered then heat a x-acto knive or hobbie knive, then stick into the car and make a slot then i took out the dremal and used a small drill bit and made it biger and then used a diff bit or a sanding bit, then walla ur done this was the frist time i lowered a zip, and i got a little happy wit the dremal so i kinda messed up the front of the civic, but a litlle putty should fix it right up

it looks like you heated it too much and the surrounding plastic melted as well. try scratching away with a sharp hobby knife, it's time consuming, i kno, but it works for me

I can't even see the difference between a lowered car and a normal one. I guess that's life when you're still a newbie here.

After I lowered the rear, I had to open the wheel wells so the tires wouldn't rub, so it doesn't have that under the wheel well look anyways.
