Tri-cell Wild Char-G

Has anyone done a tri-cell mod yet?
I plan to do a tri cell mod with Tomy's 3.0 motors. But I was thinking of one thing, if the range is so bad (4-5 feet), you can't get to full speed or full potential of the power. If anyone has pics of tri cell Char-Gs, please post them

I've been reading posts at the www.ezonemag.com forums on how to convert bits into planes........of course planes need more range.
Among the range-enhancing mods include increasing Tx volts to 4.8V, increasing the Tx antenna to about 3 times the original length, and off course removing the crippler capacitor. This works for normal bits, I don't know if wild bits use the same type Tx.

We don't even get bit mods in Malaysia. Our only hope for getting better motors are aftermarket cellphone motors or motors from the clones.
