uhhh
you have to take out the hot sink andput the other motor in and another gear. but if u use a 3.0 and 2.6 the 3.0 will go to fast for the 2.6 and it will burn it out

Try two 3.5's or R-specs

if you do dual motors, they MUST be the same speed. Also, you won't be able to switch gearsets as easily, so be sure to put in the set you want before doing it.
I think a much easier way to get more torque is to do dual batteries with a slower motor, like a 1.6 or 1.0. Then you'd be similar to your 3.0 in speed and have a lot more torque. Also, easier to do, and you can change gears and motors much easier.

theres two tabs that contact the original motor, one at the tip, and one under, you need to solder a wire from each tab onto the new motor where the tab originally goes on motor number1 so positive goes to positive and negative goes to negative,
that should make the motor run, now all you need to do is mount it, it should go right above the idle gear(the original motor is mounted to the right of the idle gear)
to do this, youll need to take the heat sink out , and the little peice of plastic (youll know what im talking about, youll need to remove the idle gear and the rod, take the peice out, and put the rod and gear back on) then the motor should fit snugly in, from there, all you need to do is secure the motor in place with alluminum tape or electric tape
