Audley mods at Toyeast?

Hey Guys,

I'm itching to buy a 1/32 RC from Toyeast, but can someone tell me whether or not the 2 bottom choices are good donar cars for mods by www.tinracers.com?

Or whether they're modable at all?

And why is that the RC without the lights is more expensive?

Audley Can:

Dark Horse:

Thanks in advance!
