Bit Char-G red tires work very well in controlling spinouts.

The problem is those are actually Bit Racer tires. The compounds used to make those tires are significantly harder than what Bit Char-G tires need to be.
(I bought that MicroSizers tire set before I knew this, so don't sweat it.)
What would work exceptionally well is the Bit Char-G Setting Parts Set GS-07. It has red, purple and light blue tires. They are excellent, and the red tires really are quite sticky. Even the hardest of these is softer than the softest Bit Racer tire, I believe.
Here's a link to the set I am speaking of.

Red tires in back
I put the red ones in back so that I don't spin, but I put the blue ones in front so that I don't flip at high speeds. Adjust your tires to the surface your on -- try different combos. I race on smooth masonite, and I need the red tires in back. Hard wood floors are even worse if they have been finished/refinished recently; without soft tires in back it's like driving the drifting axle.

By some nos in a spray bottle for 1/10 scale nitro remote controll cars and spray it on the tires you will have tons of traction.

Gotta clean the tires
Tires accumulate dust -- just roll the cars on masking tape after a few races to get the dust off.

What you want is the softest tire set without spin outs. Try out the softest tire combo by putting on your softest tire on all 4. You will probably flip over od do a super fast and sharp turn. If it is doing that, put harder tires on front. Keep un getting harder in front until it works well. If you cant turn sharp enough, make the back tires harder so it kind of slides like drifting. On my dual cell fs mod, stock tires in back and soft treaded in front work best.

Which combo do you have right now?
Are you saying you have the red tire on right now? Be specific -- both front and back. Also what surface are you racing on?
