Anybody play Virtual On Cybertroopers?

Does anybody play Virtual On Cybertroopers? It's a really fun, fast paced, mech fighting game.

The mechs are really cool. It's an old game as you can tell by the graphics, but for the time when it was made, the graphics were really good.

Dude I absolutely LOVE that game! I love playing the arcade version more than the home versions though. The controls were a LOT easier and it was more fun to sit down in the actual ****pit and all. hehe My fave character was always Raiden.

I have double joysticks at home so it plays exactly like the arcade. As you can tell, Viper II is my favorite. There is a new one out called Virtual On Oratorio Tangram but it's on Dreamcast. New improved mechs. Temjin and Cypher (upgrade from Viper look really cool)

Played it like four or five years ago or sumthin. Impossible to remember any of the game's character but the gameplay as I recalled was awesome

I think I used to use that one blue and white guy or sumthin.

Bleh, guess I gotta go look for an arcade that has em and trace back my roots .

those are so deadly even when you dash forward and shoot like eight of them they still do a ton of damage. and if you stand there and shoot 2 missles, they do more damage than if you dash and shoot 8...just some stuff i found out while playing hehe. i beat the last boss without losing health which is hard cuz raiden is kinda slow. and i skipped the midstage boss once i think...that was hard too cuz you had to kill everything in like 10 seconds lol

My pro skillz. Beating the boss without losing life is easy with Viper II because he's fast. SLC drive takes out tons of health and he is invincible during the attack . Skipping the midboss is easy if you have strong weapons. Take the enemy out as fast as possible.

It's the last boss, and as you can see, I was dying pretty badly. In the end, I would've won if I hit him with the dive attack one more time. At least I beat my old record of going through the first 5 levels. 2 minutes and 1 second.
