You sir are correct. They did decide to discontinue the car for sale. My LHS told me they weren't selling as well as anticipated so Dynamite dropped them.
Dynamite is pretty good at bringing stuff out and quickly discontinueing it.

I wanna buy one but worry about the parts if I break anything.
you don't have to worry about parts. many parts are still available. other parts for the micro rs4 (motors, battery packs) and abc dtm fit. the DRR is an early version for the ABC-DTM (or so I've heard).
