About to Buy...
...but I just want to know where to charge these cars. I have been looking around this forum and some of you guys say you need a 1/10th scale charger to charge them. I am also thinking about buying the spec 2, and don't they sell a plug-in charger by Apex-Racing?

The Spec-2 COMES WITH a charging station (you just have to put 6xAA batteries in it).
There's an optional AC adapter you can buy for the charging stations as well (it sells for like $10)

I just got the a/c adapter and lemme tell how nice it is,#1 it saves a hell of a lot on batteries and #2 the charges are regulated better so the run times are increased.
Definetly worth the investment.

It's been said that they run in the neighborhood of 7mph stock, and 10 mph with the 4 cell conversion. I would say that's pretty close.
