Will this work as a peak charger?
My cousin gave this to me. Just curious if anyone knew if it'll work. It's a Hobbico 905 Multicharger. I found someone selling it on Ebay with a good description. I want to use it on my bits done with the layman's 2 or 3 cell mod. Thanks in advance!

no it only plays ac/dc songs
any power supply that has an adjustable output should work.

=P So I guess not then? At least I don't think u can adjust the output. I guess my other question then is; what's a good peak charger to use? Asides from making one. And my last question, what's trickle charging?

a waste of time and money.
your best bet is adding a 3rd battery to your controller or here this charges a dual bat. requires soldering but its not really that hard to do. also yes it has adjustable output thats what the knob is.

I made a charger for em already I just wanted something that:
1. Didn't need batteries.
2. Adjustable voltage output
3. Could "Auto-charge" the batteries ...if that's even possible.
btw ...I think the knob is a timer?

The knob is a timer... Thats a timed charger for 7.2v r/c car batteries. I wouldnt entrust it to a bit. Yes, auto peak charge is possible, just search for "peak charger" or somehting. Tekin, Novak, and Indi come to mind as good brands. Make sure that you will be able to adjust the output amps on them, down to in the mah range, mine goes down to 500. It worked with my regular dual cell, but didnt work on my layman's dual cell. I think 500mah was too much for the lil batteries.
