A lot of people are working on this. I bought a motorworks clone just for making a plane.

Dang, I can't find the link now, but I saw an airplane mod on the net the other day.
Basically, they took a chassis apart, and Frankensteined it onto a balsa wood plane. They used the bit motor to power the propeller in front, used the steering coils to control the rudder in back (by mounting the magnet on the rudder, with the coils on either side), and I guess they put the battery and circuit board in the middle to balance it.
Pretty clever, I thought.

It looked like to me that the guy used one of those White wing airplane kits. I think you can get them at the Natural WOnder or nature stores at the mall or your hobby shop.

I wouldn't want to use one because it wouldn't be a micro plane.
