to get the front wheels out your gonna have to take and put the nuckles in a vice and push the axle's threw the nuckle using a small nail or somthing as small as the axle. and to remove the back wheel you need to heat the axle while holding them with a pair of plyers and pull the wheel off at the same time.dont rush this prosses becouse you can melt the wheel.i hope this gives you and idea of the prosses.

If you use a 15 watt soldering iron to heat the axle for a sec, not long enough to melt the plastic, just long enough to soften it slightly, and then the wheels pull off easily. I did the same to remove the pin from the front knuckles, and it came out cleanly pulling it out with needlenose pliers, and did not need glue when I put it back together.
Where I failed was actually drilling the hole all the way through the wheel. I instinctively used my dremel, because I use it for everything. This ended up being overkill, and I elongated the hole, giving it a clown car effect when mounted. Just use a hand drill, you can get one from Radio Shack, and you shouldn't have the problem I did.

I'm pretty sure the pin is too thin to hold in the wheel if you do it that way.
Check out this save, I drilled the elongated hole out so it was round, then I made a bushing from a pen tip. I think I did pretty good.
